Our contact form asks for your name, email address, project city or ZIP code, and a description of the work. A phone number and project type are optional. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
When you choose “Prepare email,” your details are used in your browser to create a draft. We receive that inquiry only after you send it from your email service. “Send inquiry,” when available, submits the details through our email delivery provider, Resend. We do not save contact-form entries in a separate website database. Your inquiry may be retained in our business email and our delivery provider’s records.
This website does not offer visitor accounts or payments, and we do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If you email us directly, we receive the information and attachments you choose to include.
Our website hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and date and time—to deliver and secure the website.
Online submissions are validated and screened for basic spam prevention. We may briefly process an IP address to limit repeated submissions. Form details are not written to browser storage and may be lost if you close or refresh the page before sending.
